Thomas Altmeyer
I founded TAP Management in 2024 to offer clients a more hands-on and considered approach to project management. After more than 15 years working across the UK and Europe, I’m still dedicated to managing projects that shape spaces and inspire people.
Over the course of my career, I have worked both in consultancy and on the client-side, giving me a balanced understanding of how projects are conceived, developed and delivered.
During my time at WeWork, I was involved in the company’s expansion across Europe, gaining first-hand insight into the priorities and pressures clients face.
Much of my work has focused on design-led developments, where close collaboration between clients, designers and delivery teams is essential to turning ideas into successful spaces.
Today, I bring this experience to every project through clear leadership, strong relationships and a collaborative approach.
