Meet our founder
Thomas Altmeyer has over 15 years of experience in project management, delivering a wide range of design-led developments — from large-scale, complex cut-and-carve projects to refined interior fit-outs. His career began at several prestigious consultancies in London, where he built a strong reputation for managing projects from concept through to completion, both in the UK and across Europe.
Inspired to create a more personal, director-led approach to project management, Thomas founded TAP Management to bring clients closer to the process and ensure every project receives dedicated leadership and attention to detail.
Driven by a deep passion for architecture and interior design, Thomas believes that great project management is about more than coordination — it’s about collaboration, creativity, and delivering spaces that truly reflect the client’s vision.
